Mizuno MP-600 Driver / Flex Regular / Loft 10.5

Do you want to be able to control your ball flight from the tee yourself — and fine-tune your drive according to the course and how you’re playing on the day? Then the Mizuno MP-600 is a strong option.

This is a 460cc titanium-driver with Mizuno’s groundbreaking Fast Track weight system. You get two adjustable 8-gram weights that can be placed in 15 different positions. That means you can actively move the center of gravity and adjust between draw and fade — so you get the ball flight that suits your swing.

The core of the driver is the CNC-milled and plasma-welded CORTECH™-face. The face has variable thickness, giving you maximum allowable ball speed and solid distance — even when you don’t strike it right out of the center.

The design is classic and clean. Pear-shaped head without alignment markings. Straightforward and without fuss. It is aimed especially at you if you’re a more experienced player and want to control the shape of the shot yourself.

The driver head is made of all-titanium with an ultra-thin titanium crown. The weight is placed low and deep in the head, which provides high MOI and good stability. So you get both room to work the ball and sensible help on off-center hits.

In short:

• For you who want to actively adjust ball flight

• For you who appreciate a classic look

• For you who play aggressively from the tee and want control

The MP-600 was Mizuno’s first adjustable driver — and it was launched as their players-driver with a focus on control and precision.

If you like to geek out on settings and want influence over your drive, then this one is worth putting in the bag.
