Good experience - no problems with the order and it arrived on time and in good condition with no damage. The item itself was as good as new as far as I could tell - perhaps slight drop in battery charge, but that is to be expected as it was second-hand, but no problem charging etc. Very happy with my Refurbed experience and can recommend the service.
