Lesson learned to check origin of delivery

I have purchased from Refurbed previously and am always very pleased with the products and service. This time the delivery time was much longer than previous orders but it was my own fault for not checking where the item was being shipped from (Ireland). Lesson learned. Still great product and service and I will continue to purchase from Refurbed.

My experience was generally positive. The product description was spot on, they kept me updated on the progress of my order, and promptly answered all my questions. I appreciated their local presence, as it made customer support easily accessible. The payment process was simple and hassle-free, as was the delivery. The Android app, though simple, is a nice touch and works very well. The only minor issue was that the original delivery timeline was off by a over a week. This was because the PC I ordered wasn't fully assembled before payment, and it took them a while to gather some of the components. This didn't affect me as I wasn't in a hurry, but it could be an issue for others. Because of this delay, I feel the score should be 4.75 stars rather than 5. Other than that, I highly recommend Maas Computers.
