• 1. Data cleansing: All old data is securely erased, storage is overwritten, and the device is reset to factory settings.

• 2. Exchange of components: After thorough testing, technical experts replace any faulty or worn components with original manufacturer or equivalent parts.

• 3. Renewal: External signs of use are repaired, polished, or removed, and the operating system is updated where needed.

• 4. Grading and sale: The device is graded against our condition standards and listed on refurbed with a minimum 12-month warranty and 30-day free trial.
