TaylorMade R9 Driver / Flex Regular / Loft 10.5

TaylorMade R9 is the driver for you if you like to geek out a bit over the settings – and want to get the maximum out of your tee shot.

This is a classic from 2009, when TaylorMade truly changed the game with the combination of Flight Control Technology and Moveable Weight Technology. In other words: You can customize the driver so it fits your swing – not the other way around.

What do you get?

• Up to 8 different settings for face angle and ball start

• Up to 75 yards of difference in ball flight from left to right

• The ability to influence launch by up to 3°

• Up to 1800 rpm difference in spin

• 420 cc head with a great balance between control and forgiveness

- Inverted Cone Technology for high ball speed – even when you don’t strike it perfectly in the center

The three weight ports in the head let you move the center of gravity so you can promote a draw or keep the ball more neutral. That gives you real control over your ball flight.

Who is it for?

R9 is ideal for you:

• Who want to shape shots actively

• Who struggle with a slice and would like to be able to adjust out of it

• Who care about technique and can feel the difference in small changes

It’s a driver for the committed player who wants to understand their equipment and use it actively on the course.

In short: A true “24 driver in one”. You get plenty of options – and you’re the one turning the knobs.
