The Haibike ALLTRACK 7, here in the new 2025 edition, is a true all-rounder. Whether you’re riding the e-mountain bike mainly off-road or spending more time on paved roads, this bike performs exceptionally well on any terrain. It provides powerful assistance whenever your legs need a little extra support or when you’re heading out on particularly long rides. The powerful Yamaha PW-X3 motor is paired with a 720 Wh battery, making it the ideal combination for longer bike tours. The e-bike also comes equipped with a high-quality Shimano Deore 12-speed drivetrain, Shimano brakes, and a RockShox fork with 120 mm of travel. Frame sizes M, L, and XL are equipped with 29-inch Schwalbe tires. The stylish color and sporty geometry ensure that you’ll look just as good on the trails as you do on your everyday rides. Each item undergoes a refurbishment and quality control process to ensure it meets the high quality you can expect from refurbed. By giving these items a second life, we can both reduce waste and offer more affordable sports equipment.
How is “refurbished” classified?
We want to offer affordable and environmentally conscious sports equipment without compromising on quality. Each item undergoes a refurbishment and quality control process to ensure it meets the high quality you can expect from refurbed. All our "refurbed" items are in perfect operating condition and are primarily graded based on visible signs of wear:
Excellent: Minor, not immediately visible optical defects.
Very good: Minor, visible optical defects.
Good: Visible optical defects.
What does "recycled" mean?
In line with our circular thinking, refurbed Sports offers not only refurbished products, but also new sports equipment made from recycled materials. This includes upcycled materials, old stock, pre- and post-consumer recycling, and other waste. By reusing existing materials, we minimise waste, consume fewer resources, and contribute to a better environment.
How does refurbed guarantee the quality of the products?
Only professional and certified refurbishers are allowed to offer their products on refurbed. We monitor customer satisfaction and refurbisher performance closely and conduct regular quality tests to ensure an excellent shopping experience for all. And finally, all our refurbishers are based within the EU to enable fast delivery times and optimal contact with the refurbisher.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for free within the 30-day free trial. You can contact the refurbisher directly via your customer account and let them know that you want to exchange or return your item. Alternatively, you can of course also contact our refurbed customer service. We are happy to help and contact the refurbisher for you. You will receive a free return label from the refurbisher by email or in your customer account.
What are my warranty conditions?
We offer you a 12-month statutory warranty. This covers all defects, i.e. everything that is considered poor workmanship of the product and was not caused by your own actions.
Which environmental protection projects do we invest in?
We have planted over 6.6 million trees since our foundin, and we are very proud! We realised that planting trees alone does not tackle all of the environmental issues we a passionate about, however. That's why we now also support projects that
- restore landscapes — ecosystems are repaired and jobs are created, including tree planting along the way
- remove carbon from the atmosphere and store it permanently
- recycle electronic waste and reuse materials
