PRS DGT Tobacco Sunburst 2024 Electric Guitar

This is a PRS DGT Electric Guitar in Tobacco Sunburst finish. Made in the USA in 2024, this guitar features a set-neck construction featuring a Mahogany body with Carved Figured Maple top, Mahogany neck and 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include Gen III PRS Patented Tremolo and Phase III tuning machine with Faux-Bone buttons. A pair of DGT humbucking pickups are wired to individual volume controls, 3-way pickup selector and a Master tone with push/pull coil split.

The Mahogany neck plays very well, with the ‘DGT’ profile providing a comfortable playing experience in all registers without being at all cumbersome. The Gloss finish to the rear assists with smooth and speedy navigation of the 25” scale, whilst the double cutaway body design with the customary PRS sculpted lower horn ensures uninhibited access to the upper frets. The Rosewood fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers adding a sense of luxury to the playing experience. The 10” radius strikes a perfect balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for lead lines and string bending techniques.

The pair of PRS DGT humbucker pickups sound thick and raw, with a solid output that pushes the front end of an amp nicely. The neck pickup is full sounding and warm, whilst the midrange is perfectly balanced and easily cuts through any mix. The bridge has a hotter output, it produces a biting tone which easily cuts through the mix for those rock rhythm sounds and has a great harmonic register. The independent volume controls and master tone control offers comprehensive control of your sound, feeling very responsive to small changes. This guitar offers a wide selection of tones for the player to explore, with the added coil split feature on the tone controls to access single-coil tones, the ease of the control layout makes finding your perfect tone a breeze.
