If you want to return your product for any reason, you can return it free of charge within 30 days. What are my warranty terms?
We offer a minimum 12‑month warranty on all refurbed KNQZE KP8 heated 3D Shiatsu massage cushion. This covers any technical defects that might occur during this period and are not caused by your own fault.
