How to Use

1. Recommended session duration: 15–25 minutes, up to 60 minutes max per treatment.
2. Use 3–4 times per week for best results.
3. Adjust the lamp to target different body areas — suitable for use while lying, sitting, or reclining.
4. Press the Power button to activate standby mode (you’ll hear a short beep).
5. Press again to start operation (default time: 20 minutes).
6. Select your desired light color using the direct buttons for red, green, or blue, or press the Color button to cycle through all modes.
7. To activate automatic color cycling, hold the Color button for a few seconds.
8. Press the Fan button to turn on cooling; press again to turn it off.
9. Adjust the timer in 5-minute increments (0–60 minutes).
10. The lamp will automatically save settings and continue operation if no buttons are pressed for 3 seconds.
