Gretsch G5622T Electromatic Single Barrel Burst 2020 Semi-Hollow Electric

This is the Gretsch G5622T Electromatic semi-hollow electric guitar in Single Barrel Burst finish. Built in China in 2020, this guitar features a set neck construction comprising an Arched Laminated Maple body with a Spruce centre block, a Maple neck and a 22 fret Laurel fingerboard. Featured on this guitar is an aftermarket roller saddle bridge and Bigsby B70 Tailpiece. The pickups installed are the Black Top Broad ‘Tron humbuckers which are wired to independent volumes, a master volume, master tone and a 3-way pickup selector.

The thin “U” profiled Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand. It’s thick enough to get good support playing rhythmic parts, however is still thin enough to allow for playing lead lines up and down the neck. The body itself feels slim and the 24.6” scale length makes this a comfortable guitar to play. The Spruce centre block in the body helps to suppress feedback when going through an amp, which means you’re able to play at louder volumes without the worry of deafening feedback.
