This is not only easy on the joints, but also very comfortable for long runs - it might feel like walking on clouds.

There are 32 different training programs to choose from for your workout, so variety is included. The high-quality training computer records all activities and summarizes the personal training data after each training session. The training intensity, training configuration, display preferences and personal heart rate zones can be set up via personal user profiles. This allows you to optimize your individual running training after each unit.
