Excellent customer service

There was a small hold-up; when I rang to enquire, they went above and beyond to sort things out. I was really impressed. Also delighted with my new (old) MacBook, obtained at a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend Refurbed.

Very efficient service

Very efficient service, and easy to use web site. Phone I received was as new and arrived day after ordered. My only concern was that the company I thought I was purchasing from Backmarket, seemed to change to refurb in the invoice, which caused me concern as I hadn’t expected this to happen.
