Refurbed products have at least a 12-month warranty and a 30-day trial period.
Ninebot by Segway ES4 E-Scooter - Description
The refurbed Ninebot by Segway ES4 e-scooter is an electric scooter with a speed of up to 30 km/h that allows you to go on rides of up to 45 km: that said, the total possible distance will depend on the road gradient, your total weight and other variables.
Flexible speed
If you wish, you can throttle the scooter down to 20 km/h via a firmware update. This is a prerequisite for road approval, depending on the legal speed limit for scooters in your country.
Comfortable
The solid rubber tyres might not cushion as well as pneumatic tyres, but they have an incredible advantage: you never have a flat tyre! To keep the completely renewed e-scooter comfortable, it has built-in front and rear suspension.
Mobile
The completely renewed scooter is ideal for commuters - take it on on the bus, train or even in a car, then quickly switch to the scooter from there. That flexibility is the cornerstone of true mobility.

By giving these items a second life, we can both reduce waste and offer more affordable sports equipment.

All our "refurbed" items are in perfect operating condition and are primarily graded based on visible signs of wear:

In line with our circular thinking, refurbed Sports offers not only refurbished products, but also new sports equipment made from recycled materials. This includes upcycled materials, old stock, pre- and post-consumer recycling, and other waste. By reusing existing materials, we minimise waste, consume fewer resources, and contribute to a better environment.
Only professional and certified refurbishers are allowed to offer their products on refurbed. We monitor customer satisfaction and refurbisher performance closely and conduct regular quality tests to ensure an excellent shopping experience for all. And finally, all our refurbishers are based within the EU to enable fast delivery times and optimal contact with the refurbisher.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for free within the 30-day free trial. You can contact the refurbisher directly via your customer account and let them know that you want to exchange or return your item. Alternatively, you can of course also contact our refurbed customer service. We are happy to help and contact the refurbisher for you. You will receive a free return label from the refurbisher by email or in your customer account.
We offer you a 12-month statutory warranty. This covers all defects, i.e. everything that is considered poor workmanship of the product and was not caused by your own actions.
