In addition to the legal warranty, we offer a 12-month guarantee. The guarantee covers all defects, i.e. everything that counts as poor workmanship of the product and has come about through the manufacturing process.
At refurbed, only verified brands are allowed to offer their products. All retailers produce their garments in Europe, which also allows us to guarantee safe working standards, product quality and shorter transport routes.
The environment is very important to us. For this reason, we have set ourselves the goal of standing up to the ‘throwaway society’ and mountains of annual clothing waste. We do this primarily by giving as many people as possible the opportunity to buy clothes made from recycled materials. Additionally, we plant a tree for every product sold. Tree planting is in place to offset any CO₂ produced in making our clothes, which makes it possible for you to buy clothes in a CO₂-neutral way. Our trees have been planted for years with our partner organisation Eden Reforestation Projects. Eden plants these trees in various countries, such as: Madagascar, Haiti, Nepal or Mozambique.
